Why Life Coaching?

I’ve always been fascinated by how the mind works.


Why do some people seem naturally optimistic while others feel like a dark cloud follows them everywhere? Why do some people move through life with confidence while others feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed?


Those questions led me to open Crossroads Life Coaching in 2003.


From the very beginning, my mission has been simple: to help people reconnect with the inner strengths they already possess and learn how to use them to transform their lives.


Over the past 20+ years, I’ve helped countless clients navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and major life transitions. What I’ve learned is this: human beings often resist change—even when it’s the kind of change they deeply want. But when people understand how their mind and nervous system work, everything begins to shift.


As a coach, I help my clients move from feeling stuck and reactive to feeling clear, grounded, and empowered. Together we uncover the patterns that keep them trapped and build the tools they need to move forward with confidence.

What Is Life Caoching

Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you move through the challenges that keep you feeling stuck and into a more empowered, intentional way of living.


Unlike therapy, which often focuses on diagnosing and treating past wounds, life coaching focuses on helping you understand your patterns, reconnect with your inner strengths, and create meaningful change moving forward.


Many of the clients who come to me are intelligent, capable people who have spent years managing anxiety, overthinking decisions, or second-guessing themselves. They know they’re capable of more, but something keeps pulling them back into the same cycles.

Why choose Jeanna as your life coach?

Choosing the right coach is an important decision. Coaching is a deeply personal process, and the relationship you build with your coach plays a powerful role in the transformation that follows.


For more than 20 years, I’ve helped clients navigate anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, and personal growth. My approach blends practical coaching strategies with a deep understanding of how the mind works and how our nervous system influences our thoughts, emotions, and behavior.


In addition to being a life coach, I am also a certified hypnotist. Hypnosis allows us to work directly with the subconscious mind—the part of the mind where many of our automatic patterns, fears, and beliefs are stored. When used appropriately, hypnosis can help clients access deeper levels of insight, shift limiting beliefs, and create lasting change more quickly.


But tools alone don’t create transformation.


What truly matters is helping clients feel safe enough to explore their patterns, honest enough to challenge them, and empowered enough to move forward in a new way. My role is not to “fix” you, but to guide you in reconnecting with the strength, wisdom, and clarity that already exist within you.

The first program in this series is From Anxiety to Authority, a guided group experience that explores how anxiety operates in the mind and nervous system and teaches participants how to shift from reactive patterns into more empowered responses.


Through guided discussions, practical tools, and supportive group interaction, participants learn how to understand their internal patterns, regulate emotional overwhelm, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.


Group coaching allows individuals to gain insight not only from their own experiences, but also from the perspectives and breakthroughs of others within the group.


This program marks the beginning of a growing series of group coaching experiences designed to help more people access the tools and understanding needed to transform anxiety into personal strength and leadership in their own lives.
